Private Lesson Programs
The Private Lessons program offers a personalized, hands-on approach where you and your dog learn together in person with a trainer. The number of lessons is determined during an initial evaluation, and each session is thoughtfully designed based on your dog’s specific needs and your individual goals.
Early lessons focus on building a strong foundation, introducing core commands, creating engagement, and developing your dog’s drive and focus. As your dog gains clarity and confidence, we gradually increase the difficulty by adding distractions and carefully introducing triggers. This progression ensures your dog is prepared to make the right choices in real-world scenarios.
Each lesson lasts one hour and is held once a week, giving you time to practice the customized homework between sessions. You’ll be shown exactly what to work on, with exercises designed to build momentum, reward success, and increase your dog’s reliability. As your dog advances, we continue to shape behavior and confidence through targeted drills that bring you closer to your long-term goals.

The program focuses on establishing reliable behavior through calm, clear communication and consistent structure. We emphasize key foundational commands such as “Sit,” “Place,” and loose leash walking, helping your dog learn to walk calmly and politely by your side.

This program is designed for dogs who need extra support due to more complex behavioral challenges, such as reactivity, fear-based responses, or deeply rooted habits. This extended series allows us to work at a pace that ensures your dog can truly absorb and retain new skills over time without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
In addition to addressing behavioral issues, this program also covers essential obedience training such as "Sit", "Place" and loose leash walking. These foundational commands are introduced and reinforced in a way that your dog can understand and build confidence in. A key part of this program is also focused on you, the owner.
